CAA Members save on both home and auto insurance, and these benefits, Madsen points out, are tangible. “If you have home and auto insurance with CAA, you get a 10 percent bundling discount for being a member for both home and auto.”

2. SINGLE DEDUCTIBLE CONVENIENCE

A significant benefit for members who bundle is the application of a single deductible for claims involving multiple policies. “Say you have a garage fire and your car is damaged and your garage is damaged. You only have one deductible. We’ll apply the higher deductible of the two.” This simplifies the process and reduces your out-of-pocket costs.

3. STREAMLINED CLAIMS

Another convenience of bundling is that, in the event of a claim, you will deal with just one adjuster. This greatly reduces the complexity of managing claims and provides Members with a single point of contact, alleviating stress during the claims process.
