I wanted to give a huge thank you to Sarabjot S., the CAA Insurance Consultant in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who assisted me. He was the best person that I could ever ask for to help me with anything, let alone at CAA! This person had more patience than anyone could ask for! He was kind, considerate, witty and understanding. I had all my questions answered, and I walked out of CAA knowing that everything was in order, paid and completed. Please know that every single business needs more people like him. AMANDA’S AMAZING

I’m writing to ensure you hear the positive stories, too — because Amanda U., CAA Travel Consultant, has been truly outstanding. We recently returned from a Collette trip to South Africa, Victoria Falls and Botswana; a long-awaited journey we began planning months ago with Amanda. As I am a loyal Air Canada/Star Alliance business-class traveller, she coordinated with your Calgary team to secure flights. When the Air Canada strike hit just before our departure, Amanda, despite being on holiday herself, proactively contacted us, guided us through the options and helped manage our stress, knowing how important this trip was after we had to cancel our previous Africa plans due to health issues. When our flight was officially cancelled, she went into the office on a Sunday, and, working with Calgary, found three alternatives — even though Air Canada said there were none. Thanks to her, we left on August 20 and were able to join the tour on the 23rd. This level of service is typical of Amanda. She is thorough, enthusiastic and incredibly dedicated. We’ve worked with her for years across numerous international trips, and she consistently provides exceptional, professional support — with a smile. GRATEFUL FOR MICHELLE

Michelle H. has been my CAA Travel Consultant for almost six years now, and that definitely says something in itself. We have a connection, and she knows and understands the way I like to travel — and I have had amazing travels. Michelle goes above and beyond in making my trips exactly what I want and even more, and I am grateful for this, as I travel alone and I have a budget.
