Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of Members of CAA Saskatchewan is scheduled to be held at Grant Hall Hotel, 401 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, SK at 11:00 a.m. on October 24, 2025. The purpose of the meeting is as follows:

1. To consider and approve financial statements of the Club for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2025, and the Auditor’s Report thereon.
2. To elect Directors.
3. To appoint Auditors and authorize the Directors to fix the Auditor’s remuneration.
4. To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are encouraged to sign the instrument of proxy below and return same to the Returning Officer, CAA Saskatchewan, 200 Albert Street North, Regina, SK S4R 5E2. Proxies must be returned no later than the close of business on October 22, 2025, in order that your votes as given may be recorded.
