FEELING SEEN
When longtime CAA Member, Leah R., stopped by the newly renovated CAA Weyburn store with her mom, she had no idea the visit would turn into such a memorable day. “I wanted to send you all a huge thank you for the wonderful day at the Weyburn store grand re-opening!” she wrote to us afterward. “What a fabulous day!” Leah and her mom were impressed by the friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the incredible team spirit from CAA staff. “Everyone was so sweet and friendly,” she shared. “And the swag you guys were giving away was so cool!” But what stood out most was how the staff went the extra mile. When Leah returned later in the day with a question, a group of team members jumped in to help — and they remembered her. “That meant a lot to me,” she said. “It really made me feel seen and valued. They gave me a cupcake to take home for my mom.” “This kind of personal service is rare,” Leah said, noting how CAA’s customer-first approach stands out in a time when many companies are focused on cutting costs. “CAA is a breath of fresh air. You go against the norm.” Her family members have been loyal CAA Members for years. For Leah, her membership is something she’ll never go without. From respectful roadside service to meaningful discounts and the CAA Dollars® program, she knows the value firsthand. “What truly sets CAA apart, besides your incredible staff, is the insurance and package policies,” Leah added. “I love the options you offer — like coverage for our two dogs who travel with us, and tire repair coverage, which is especially useful in Saskatchewan — Weyburn made #10 on the Worst Roads list again.” “Thank you for listening to customers and offering programs that reflect real-life needs. I wanted to say thank you to Sydney Zaharychuk from the CAA Regina East store for all her help with our wedding trip. Everything went so well, and everyone had such a great time.
