A REASSURING HAND FOR A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME JOURNEY I recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Morocco, made possible with the support of Travel Consultant Sydney from the Regina East store. As a recently widowed senior travelling on my own for the first time in many years, I approached this trip with a great deal of anxiety. From the start, Sydney showed genuine care and understanding, responding to all my questions with patience, professionalism and kindness. I always felt supported and reassured.
Thanks to Sydney’s attention to detail, my trip was exceptionally well organized and stress-free, allowing me to focus on the experience itself. In a world where many simply do what is required, Sydney truly went the extra mile. I am incredibly grateful for the care and dedication shown in helping me through such an important journey. –Don H. RESCUE, TEAMWORK AND A WHOLE LOT OF CARE We want to express our sincere thanks for the outstanding care we received on May 24, 2026, near Value Village in Regina. Tow Operators Shawn and Jeff went above and beyond. Even after returning from an out-of-town rescue, Shawn came straight to help us, called ahead to apologize for the delay, and arrived with a kind and helpful attitude. When our drop-off location proved difficult because of a tight alley, Shawn called Jeff for backup, and together they carefully pushed the vehicle into place without damaging the garage or our vehicle. We’re also grateful to the Call Counsellor, Britney, for her kindness and efficiency during a stressful time. TRAVEL PLANNING THAT GOES THE EXTRA MILE
Over the past few years, Candace from the Saskatoon store has helped my wife and me book trips to various places, and she has been fantastic to work with. She consistently goes above and beyond whenever I call or email for information — often with help that I’m not even sure is part of her job. I have absolutely no complaints; I have the utmost respect and confidence in her abilities. I hope she is recognized for the outstanding job she’s doing, and that she hears from management that her efforts are noticed and appreciated. –Kurt J.
