It is an honour to share my first message as Chair of the Board for CAA Saskatchewan. As I step into this role, I am grateful for the trust placed in me and inspired by the legacy of leadership that has guided our organization for more than a century. CAA has always stood as a symbol of reliability, safety and service — values that continue to resonate deeply with our Members and our communities.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of strong relationships, long-term trust and delivering real value. As someone who cares deeply about community, I have always admired the way CAA Saskatchewan contributes far beyond the roadside. From advocacy and safety education to travel expertise and insurance support, CAA plays a meaningful role in the everyday lives of people across this province. It is this combination — a trusted brand with a genuine heart for community — that makes our organization truly special.

Looking ahead, our focus is simple: continuing to build value for our Members in the ways that matter most. Our world is changing quickly, and Member expectations are evolving alongside it. While roadside assistance remains a cornerstone of who we are, we also see a significant opportunity to expand how we support our Members in their daily lives. Whether through improving digital services or expanding our traditional offerings, we are committed to creating modern, relevant lifestyle benefits that meet Members where they are and anticipate where they’re going, always striving to serve them with relevance, reliability and care.

CAA Saskatchewan is a stable and respected organization — but we are not standing still. With the guidance of our Board, the dedication of our staff and the engagement of our Members, we are committed to shaping a future where CAA continues to be a dependable companion on every journey, big or small.
