ALL IN THE FAMILY
We would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we’ve received from Janine Heal for more than 20 years as our insurance consultant at CAA. We turn to CAA for all of our insurance needs, including cars, a house, an RV, two boats and a Sea-Doo. Janine has been our broker for everything. She has been very responsive and helpful with every inquiry we have had. Her exceptional service has prompted us to encourage our two adult children to use her as a broker as well. Janine’s service to our family has shown she is a valuable employee with CAA, and she deserves any recognition that may come her way. –Tim and Natalie H.
BOOKING IS A BREEZE
I just wanted to reach out to let you know how amazing CAA Travel Consultant Aishwarya Patel has been while booking our trip to Italy. My husband and I have gone on a few trips. We have not had the best experiences with travel agents in the past. Aishwarya was amazing! She was always steps ahead of us, giving us all the information we needed — and then some — so that we could make the best decision. She has made this a great experience. –Julie H.
A STICKY SITUATION
Shout out to those who tried and failed to get to their destination in Regina because of the snow (like me), and shout out to CAA Saskatchewan for getting people who were stuck unstuck as quickly as possible (like me). –Mitchell B.
TIME AND TIME AGAIN
I just want to give a huge shout-out to Kelsey Rennie from CAA Roadside Assistance in Regina. Kelsey helped me the last two times I’ve needed service, and he’s wonderful! With this awful weather Regina has been having, I’ve literally used up all my calls in under two months. Kelsey has been the most memorable representative and I’m glad he was the one to replace my battery. Please recognize him for his great service. –Meredith I.
