DRIVE SAFE

Maurice E., a retired farmer and truck driver, enjoys taking his car to shows and spending time with family. He and his wife have been CAA Members since the mid-1990s “for peace of mind.” “During a winter trip to Tucson, Arizona, our truck broke down, and CAA's assistance was invaluable,” said Maurice. “Our truck and camper were towed to Helena, Montana, where we camped while repairs were made to the truck.” Maurice praises CAA's service and recommends it to others. He values the membership for travel planning and roadside assistance, stating he will keep it as long as he can drive.

CAR LOVER

At 84, Barrie B.’s passion for cars remains strong. After 25 years in sports car racing, he now restores classic cars, including a 1975 MGB and his prized 1963 Jaguar XKE Coupe. “I’ve been a loyal CAA Member for over 60 years, and I value their roadside assistance,” said Barrie. Notable incidents include a dead battery at Casino Regina and running out of gas due to a faulty fuel filter. “CAA’s support, from roadside help to covering rental car costs after a collision, has been invaluable.” Barrie confidently recommends CAA membership, sharing his positive experiences with others.

“I’ve been a CAA Member for about five years, and this was the first time I’ve had to use the service. I’m so happy I’m a Member — I feel taken care of and truly appreciate how fast and easy the whole experience was.”

FROM DAD TO SON Adrian R. has been a loyal CAA Member since 1977, valuing the peace of mind it provides. His journey with CAA began in Ontario as part of his dad’s family membership, and he continued his own membership after moving away. “I appreciate the reliable roadside assistance, especially the flatbed service,” said Adrian. He recalls memorable experiences like a tow from Saskatoon to Regina and help during a breakdown near Minot. “I also enjoy the benefits of CAA Rewards and the convenience of services like passport photos and international driving permits.” FULL BATTERY

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from CAA! Every single person I dealt with was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. From my very first call to the moment my new battery was installed, the entire process took less than an hour — I was so impressed! I had been worried my vehicle wouldn’t start after the rain, and even after charging the battery overnight, it still wouldn’t turn over. When the tow operator, Mike Mitchell, arrived, he suggested giving it a heavy-duty boost before towing — and it started right up! He then recommended that CAA install a new battery. The battery service technician, Curtis Francis, showed up quickly, checked everything, and replaced my battery with no hassle at all. I’ve been a CAA Member for about five years, and this was the first time I’ve had to use the service. I’m so happy I’m a Member — I feel taken care of and truly appreciate how fast and easy the whole experience was. –Lawny L. CAA THINKS OF EVERYTHING Rachel Souster, CAA Travel Consultant at Regina East store, and her coworkers go above and beyond to get me the best service and the best deal. They are extremely accommodating and great at making suggestions for myself, my grandson, if I’m travelling with him, and my disabled daughter, when I’m travelling with her, offering options that make our lives safer and easier that I did not even know existed! –Sharon L. BEST DEAL I've always had great service. I have my home and vehicle insurance with CAA, which offers reasonable pricing compared to other insurance companies. I would recommend looking to them for a price. –Sandra M.
